The main code has three lines under each header which says ‘TEXT GOES HERE<br>’ All you need to do is replace ‘TEXT GOES HERE’ with what ever you write. (I’ll put a screenshot of a section of my theme’s html under the cut below if you want an example).

When I was setting up the updates tab I used this brilliant tutorial which explains everything that you could need. It also has a link to the code for the multi-coloured headers for the text and how to set them up.

I would strongly recommend that you use that tutorial because it explains everything much more clearly than I could. If you have any other questions about it, feel free to come off anon and talk to me, and don’t worry about being annoying! (:
